A number of Manor residents had been in touch regarding the flooding on the Corner of Westgate and Manor Square after the heavy rain. Please find below the reply from Leeds City Council after I reported it:
Dear Nigel
Thank you for your email. In the first instance we will arrange to have this gully serviced to ensure it is fully functioning. I suspect the issue is that the Yorkshire Water combined sewer, which it is connected to, has been surcharging due to a blockage, but I will make sure the gully is fully functioning first.
